After you have  chosen a date and confirmed your choice of package, we will send you a booking form to complete. We require a 50% booking fee of £140 to secure your booking, this is non refundable.

We do require a few things to be able to set up your event.

  • You need to measure and make sure the bell tent, igloo or both can be set up in the space you want. We require 3.7m x 3.7m per igloo or Bell tent , which MUST be level to ensure the igloo/Bell tent can be set up and secured according to manufacturer’s guidelines. If we arrive at your location and the area is not suitable, we will be unable to set up and we will still require full payment.
  • You also must have a side gate or back entrance where we can access the area.

These things are your responsibility,  if these requirements are not met, set up will not take place and there will be no refund issued (we really don’t want to do this so please double check).

We will deliver free of charge within 10miles of Boxley, Maidstone. Anything over this will be charged at £25.

Assembling, designing the interior decorations, collection and cleaning of all items are included in the hire, unless stated otherwise.

All items remain the property of InsideOutside.

Please be aware smoking is strictly prohibited, as this could be a fire hazard. We  pride ourselves on being a smoke free environment, to prevent odours on our tents and equipment.No pets are allowed inside the igloo/Bell tent at any time.No shoes are permitted within the igloo/Bell tent as these may damage the flooring.Please leave your igloo/Bell tent free from any rubbish, including food and drink packages, before collection. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge.

The remaining amount, plus a refundable deposit of £150, will be required 7 days before installation. This deposit will be returned once all items have been checked. If any items are broken, damaged or stained, charges will apply.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection will be between 11am and 1pm. We require 2.5 hours to ensure a perfect set up.

Cancellation

Cancellations prior to 6 weeks of the booking will result in a full refund of your 50% booking fee.

Cancellations prior to 72 hours of the booking will be offered a rescheduled date within 12 months, free of charge. 

Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are liable for the full amount.

COVID cancellation policy: Cancellations due to covid will be offered a rescheduled date, upon proof of a positive NHS PCR or LFT email.

Adverse Weather

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other unfortunate situation, then we will inform you as soon as possible. Should this happen, we will offer either a full refund or transfer the booking to an alternate date free of charge. Our igloo manufacturer’s guidance states the igloo is wind resistant up to 37mph.
